My blogs are pretty much all over the place so if you were expecting some sort of comformity and structure in my thoughts-on-screen, you're on the wrong blog. They range from serious, to not so much, to video gamage, to hopes and dreams and everything in between. I blog, not for fandom, but for me and it is my outlet for my many moods that come with life. So who else loves the new appearance of Tumblr for their iPhone or Androids? I just installed it and I am liking it so far. It’s inviting, colorful, and purely aesthetic.
My mother calls me for all her computer woes. I should get hired as IT Technical Support just for my mother. A typical day would be her not knowing how to tab down.

It’s common knowledge that nerds get the chicks, or maybe it isn’t yet. I can’t say this is true for nerds in general, I only can speak for this nerd. Many woman, not all, are drawn to intelligence and wit that’s coupled with confidence in a man. This is merely based on observation and experimentation on my end; I have not seen it fail yet though. Now there are variable to this; not all nerds are created equal, some are more extreme cases than others and some aren’t even on the map of being considered a nerd but they are. They fit in with the norm just fine and yet they can function under the radar of nerd without even causing alarm. I am one so I should know.
Anyway, back on topic. I have experienced much when it comes to embracing my inner nerd. I have attracted a multitude of women who are a little more than just interested in what makes me tick; they are interested in the brain! Chicks dig the brains. If you got brains then you got chicks; plain and simple. But here’s the catch, you can’t be a prick about it or be on some ego trip. Being cocky is one thing, but don’t be a straight up jerk because you may know more than others. Be on top of your game, be nice, be sweet, be willing to help, be considerate, be quiet. I have found doing these things will draw woman to me, even though I have no intention of becoming intimate with any of them. In the past I have gotten phone numbers, addresses, sex offers(some of which I have not and will not take up on), and many other things from women that I wouldn’t have thought a nerd would get just for being smart.
Look, all I’m saying is certain nerds develop a fan-base very quickly, and it’s often not even noticed. I often joke to fellow nerds about using their powers for good. This is part of the reason why.
It’s the truth.
