The average person can walk into any Barnes and Noble, grab a computer book and within a few hours of reading and note joting, can at least have a foundation to stand on when it comes to solving their own computer problems.
But apparently it’s far easier to go bug the neighbor who is a PC technician by hobby and trade like he has no life.
